We know you're excited about your new purchase.
For standard in stock orders, we strive to have these dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed and paid for. While you wait we'll send you information on your order status, shipping, and tracking details.
Once our warehouse team has picked your order and organised the dispatch, you'll receive an automatic email with details of the carrier provider your order is being sent with. This email will contain your tracking link and tracking number.
Looking to return an item?
Approved returns must be received back in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Sales items are final.
Upon receipt back to our warehouse, the goods will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet these requirements.
